The IRUM customers benefit, both during the warranty period and thereafter, of technical assistance service. This service is free for customers whose vehicles are under warranty. The technical assistance service is available 24 h/24, 7 days/7, 365 days per year, ensures national coverage, having several intervention teams equipped with diagnostic equipment and specific intervention, ready to come to your help. Whenever possible, IRUM will hold, in the best conditions, the equipment troubleshooting on site. Whatever the conditions, you can expect the same high standards of IRUM Service: emergency assistance, aid organization, control and coordination, as well as qualified and experienced experts. If the vehicle cannot be serviced on site and if necessary a towing, the vehicle will be towed to the nearest IRUM authorized service.
